Responsible Territory : South Region
Manage all elements of the business relationship for Bosch Access control, Intrusion systems along with system integrators in the region, consultants, end user, distributors up to the point where the product is ordered
Generate leads in the market and maintain good relationship with large government agencies (PWD/CPWD), Architect/PMC community, turnkey contractors, etc.
Conversion of qualified leads. Create sales proposal, quotations and technical solutions.
Train integrators on all offerings of Bosch Access control, Intrusion systems for all business verticals including Corporate, Govt, Education, Large Venue, Transportation, Hospitality and Retail solutions.
Good working Rapport with Key Security ,CPWD ,PWD and ELV consultants.
Ability to give technical presentations and technical product demonstrations
Manage demonstrations, product shoot outs and POC\'s & Ability to build designs based on Request for proposal/ Design basic report.
Appointment of Channel partners of fixed Install in the given territory.
Manage Channel relationships and keep the Channel partners updated on the product portfolio by regular product orientation and training programs.
Engage with Channel partners across all business verticals - drive business through them.
Maintain opportunity funnel on CRM and update them on regular basis.
Travel Extensively in the territory assigned for business opportunity and Increasing footprint & meeting Business target.
Qualifications
Bachelor\'s Degree in a Engineering and with a minimum of 8 years\' of relevant experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience
