We are urgently hiring for an experienced Area Manager to join our dynamic team in Delhi. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in franchise sales and a deep understanding of the ed-tech industry.Key Responsibilities:Franchise Development :- Identify and acquire potential franchise partners to expand the company\'s footprint.- Conduct market research to understand the competitive landscape and identify new opportunities for franchise growth.Sales Management :- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed targets.- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and post-sales support.Relationship Building :- Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise partners to ensure their success and satisfaction.- Provide ongoing support and training to franchise partners to ensure they meet the company\'s standards and objectives.Performance Monitoring :- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to measure performance and identify areas for improvement.- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance and market trends to senior management.Market Expansion :- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing strategies to drive franchise sales.- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote the brand.Key Skills and Qualifications :Experience :- Minimum of 5 years of experience in franchise sales, preferably in the ed-tech industry.Sales Expertise :- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.- Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.Relationship Management :- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.- Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with franchise partners and stakeholders.Analytical Skills :- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.Education :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
