Job Summary . Area Manager - Rural Credit Cards/Senior Area Manager - Rural Credit Cards Job Purpose \'This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.\' Job Duties & Key Responsibilities . Duties and Responsibilities - Responsibilities . Business Capability: 1. Managing new and existing programs related to Credit Cards from conceptualization to usage tracking 2. Fair understanding of system and matrix for Credit Cards Business 3. Maintaining and publishing trackers on regular basis and ensuring timely deliveries 4. Ensure deliverance of all credit card related marketing communication through mailers SMS and all BFL related communication 5. Creation of marketing plan for Credit Card business - Bundling communication CD communication Sales communication Social media POS marketing collaterals etc. 6. Regular updation/training to all stakeholders on new initiatives being developed 7. Continuously creating new plans for new initiatives for business development 8. End to end ownership of data acquisition offer stamping promos cost matrices post-acquisition behavior of program portfolio 9. Be the marketing interface from product team with RBL for both internal and external marketing\' . Stakeholder Management: Liaise with sales team IT team Risk Legal and Compliance team to ensure timely project delivery Required Qualifications and Experience .
