• Oversee the daily operations of multiple retail stores within the Punjab region, ensuring they are meeting sales and performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to boost sales, improve customer service, and optimize operational efficiency.
• Provide strong leadership and support to store managers, helping them to achieve store goals and maintain high standards in all aspects of the retail business.
• Track store performance metrics and prepare reports to present to senior management.
• Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of competitors.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and practices, as well as with local regulations.
• Address and resolve any issues related to customer service or store operations in a timely manner.
