Responsibilities:
Operational Excellence:
Ensure consistent adherence to brand standards, policies, and operational procedures across all outlets.
Monitor daily operations, including cleanliness, hygiene, and service quality.
Address operational challenges promptly and proactively.
Financial Management:
Analyze financial performance, including P&L statements, sales data, and cost control.
Develop strategies to improve profitability, optimize revenue, and manage expenses.
Set sales targets and monitor progress.
Staff Management and Development:
Recruit, train, and mentor Store Managers and other team members.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and address staffing needs.
Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
Guest Experience and Brand Integrity:
Ensure exceptional customer service and guest satisfaction.
Monitor guest feedback, address complaints, and implement improvements.
Uphold the Coffee Culture brand image and values.
Sales and Marketing Strategies:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute sales increment strategies.
Identify local market trends and opportunities.
Implement promotional campaigns and loyalty programs.
Inventory and Supply Chain Management:
Oversee inventory procurement, stock levels, and vendor relationships.
Optimize supply chain processes to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.
New Outlet Openings:
Participate in site selection, layout planning, and pre-opening activities for new outlets.
Ensure successful launches and smooth transitions.
Quality Assurance and Compliance:
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Monitor food quality, hygiene, and sanitation practices.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and submit reports on sales performance, inventory, and operational metrics.
Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and growth opportunities.
Relationship Building:
Build strong relationships with landlords, property managers, and local authorities.
Collaborate with neighboring businesses and community organizations.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in multi-unit management within the food and beverage industry.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in financial analysis and reporting.
Ability to travel between outlets within the designated region.
