Address Farmer complaintsf) MISAccurate & Timely Sales related ReportSecondary Responsibility:a) New dealer identificationb) Document collectionc) Coordination for conducting marketing activitiesd) Impart training to dealers staff pertaining to salesFamiliarity with systems / processes desired for the position:a) Product and systemb) Basic crop knowledgeQualification and Experience:Graduate in Agri. Engg. or, Agri Science or in any stream with 7 to 10 years of experience in field sales of agri inputs / agri machineries / micro irrigation out of which at least 5 years in drip irrigation is a must. He should be well experienced in dealer management, field promotional activities, and sales force management. Experience in the same area and proficiency in the local language is a must."
