Job Description


: Maintaining growth and profitability of the assigned geography as per the quality standards of the organization. Business Management that includes Process Management, Portfolio Quality, Productivity Management, Profitability Management, Customer Satisfaction, Operation Management, Staff Management, External Communications and Relations. Initiating and leveraging sales opportunities with the existing and prospective customers while developing and maintaining all the customers Preparation & delivery of Business plan within the organization goals. Prepare monthly reports for review of Regional Manager & Business Head Routine surprise visits to Centre Meetings and Branches and also in case of issues which cannot be resolved by Branch Manager Conduct the Recruitment for Field Staff Conduct survey for opening of New Branches Conduct Area survey and obtain member feedback for launch of any new product Give the roadmap and plan to branches for reaching the targets Handling internal and external issues in operations if any Cross sell other available products as per member requirement Maintaining consistent Audit Grading of the Area that reflects on the control over operations by ensuring process adherence and timely member services Training and development of SO/SSO/ABM/BM of the Branch and ensuring that they contribute effectively to the organization and become effective leaders in the organization. Maintain Good Growth and Business Development. Field Level Monitoring (Monitoring of Collection, CGTs, LUC Verification Random Check). New Policy Implementation in effectively that is created by Upper Management level. Audit, Risk Analysis, Motivate the staff regularly, Maintain 0% delinquency. Roles and Responsibilities: Build the team and manage the business and various initiatives in the allocated geography Closely work with the State Head / Product Head to develop appropriate structure and processes to efficiently deliver the set goals Deliver the committed financial and non-financial targets which includes but not limited to monitoring the teams, driving the growth and managing the process and performance Identify the training needs and ensure delivery through proper source Good knowledge of the local markets.
