Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - Campaign Designing & Management: • Own & strategize the campaign designing & for EMI network customers & Prospect for TB business • Strategize campaign automation • Build channel affinity models that are ever evolving • Ensure channel & customer governance is followed by other team members • Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders to build & deliver campaigns to channels • Track & monitor status & deliverability of campaigns • Liaise with senior management for requisite approvals & trade offs Strategic Performance Monitoring: • Monitor campaign performance • Budget management of Channel wise quota • Identify campaigns with Higher return on campaign investment and use learnings for planning future campaigns to maximize the return on campaign investment • Develop metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and monitoring • Identify & leverage events pertaining to the consumer lifecycle to drive incremental business from the same Capabilities: • Identify IT & Campaign system requirements for driving efficiencies & effectiveness of campaigns • Identify capabilities & platforms to enhance & automate manual processes of campaign execution • Deliver Capabilities within timeline to meet business end objective Stakeholder Management: • Support Business & Product SPOCs to meet business objective from wallet or other channels of communication with a view of meeting the business objectives • Liaise with Team Members and support executives Team Management: • Intervention • Team Skill Management • Plan for Upgrading & developing required Skill sets (People Skill) • Mentoring • Job to Productivity matrix to suggest manpower requirements



Required Qualifications and Experience
* • Graduate/ Post Graduate with 4 to 5 years of experience • Positive attitude and team player • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously • High attention to detail • Exposure to Call Center operations and methods would be an added advantage
