xefx82xb7 Proven track record in sales leadership within the financial services industry, preferably with experience in
gold loans.
xefx82xb7 Driving gold loan business across all branches in coordination with branch team, direct sales team and gold loan
executives.
xefx82xb7 Managing multiple districts within a region and adjusts sales goals and procedures as appropriate for each
district.
xefx82xb7 Set sales targets for each branch within the area and monitor progress towards achieving them.
xefx82xb7 Coach and motivate branch managers to maximize sales potential and customer acquisition.
xefx82xb7 Plan and drive marketing campaigns or activities for branches to generate leads; ensure updation in Lead
management module (both activity and call center lead) and effective follow up and conversion.
xefx82xb7 Identify and assess market needs, market potential and competitor activities and develop product composition
strategy to satisfy the needs of the common man; Identification of potential new branch locations.
xefx82xb7 Review financial performance of each branch, identify areas for improvement, and take corrective action.
