Job Description


A leading provider of educational services in India is looking for a dynamic Area Manager for their Growth Team. This individual will play a key role in the expansion of franchise preschools in the assigned territory, overseeing franchise acquisition and business partner relationships.Location: Ahmedabad/Rajkot/VadodaraYour Future Employer: A well-established organization in the education sector, recognized for its innovative and strong brand presence.Responsibilities: * Drive the expansion of franchise preschools in the designated region.

  • Identify and sign new franchise partners at validated locations.
  • Generate prospects through field activities and business presentations.
  • Evaluate the potential of business partners and manage franchise fee collections.
Requirements: * Postgraduate in Management (Operations/Sales) OR Graduate (BBA/BMS) with 2+ years of experience in franchise/sales or institutional sales.
  • Strong understanding of geographic regions with a willingness to travel (at least 18-20 days a month).
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong networking, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
