\xc2\xb7 Has operational and financial responsibility for a defined area, their duties include providing training and development for staff, ensuring quality consistency across the area and increasing sales and profitability in their area \xc2\xb7 Drive sales by ensuring that the stores within their area operate smoothly. \xc2\xb7 Responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained effectively. \xc2\xb7 Providing training and development. \xc2\xb7 Ensuring company standards and procedures are followed. Preparing and presenting monthly, quarterly, and annual statements, analyses, and reports of operations. \xc2\xb7 Coordinating with support staffs for smooth operations \xc2\xb7 Hiring and placement of staffs by coordinating with recruitment team and self-hiring \xc2\xb7 Maintaining the upkeep and standards of the outlet premises \xc2\xb7 Coordinate with Housekeeping Team for deep cleaning activity in their area \xc2\xb7 Pest control activities to be done by set standard procedures in their area \xc2\xb7 Timely presence in the high-volume stores in peak hours \xc2\xb7 Identifying staffs for career growth and assign trainings accordingly \xc2\xb7 Resolving customer complaints at outlets, both online and offline \xc2\xb7 Strategic planning and implementation for increase in same store sales growth \xc2\xb7 Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance Protocols \xc2\xb7 Increase the efficiency of existing process and procedures to enhance the company\xe2\x80\x99s internal capacity \xc2\xb7 Oversee materials, Inventory and expenses \xc2\xb7 Knowledge of business productivity software and an aptitude for learning new applications \xc2\xb7 Banking reconciliation of daily Business to be tracked Timings \xe2\x80\x93 Working timings will be flexible as per the store operation hours: Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb935,000.00 per month Benefits:
