\xef\x83\x98 Customer focus with excellent problem solving and decision-making skills and handling multi store operation. \xef\x83\x98 Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the stores within the assigned area following budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards \xef\x83\x98 Collaborate with department heads to create strategic plans aligned with Company objectives \xef\x83\x98 Establish training programs for staff members to improve sales outcomes. \xef\x83\x98 Plan and conduct outlet visits to ensure execution of quality service and cleanliness in all the outlets, monitoring of food product quality, ensure following of Company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) \xef\x83\x98 Responsible for managing the performance of all the Store Managers/Store In-Charges of all the stores in the assigned area \xef\x83\x98 Conduct audits at regular intervals to ensure the compliance with labor and safety regulations, fulfilment of maintenance regulations, following of Company specific standards and procedures \xef\x83\x98 Stock inventory, controlling expiry and damage, shrinkage \xef\x83\x98 Cash Management & handling such as Banking of Sales cash, Cash Reconciliation, Cash Handover during shifts \xef\x83\x98 Making duty roster for staffs & Store Managers and ensure it follows religiously \xef\x83\x98 Preparing sales & Stock reports on a daily basis \xef\x83\x98 Taking daily/Weekly/Monthly stock inventory \xef\x83\x98 Conduct programs to improve Average Transaction Value. \xef\x83\x98 Review and set up SOP for the Operations for both Store and online business \xef\x83\x98 Generate revenue from institutional conversations and build professional relationships with local restaurants and other B2Cs \xef\x83\x98 Monitor hygiene & grooming standards of the stores, which includes Uniform policies, Grooming of Manager and Team members \xef\x83\x98 Generating MIS report i.e. Sales Tracker, outstanding payment tracker etc. \xef\x83\x98 Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets . \xef\x83\x98 Should have good communication skill in English and networking ability. \xef\x83\x98 Should have two wheeler and driving licence. \xef\x83\x98 Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards. Job Type: Full-time Salary: 920,000.00 - 935,000.00 per year Schedule:
