Provide legal opinion and prepare title search reports to verify the ownership, identifying any encumbrances or legal issues.

Coordinate with external legal vendors and other stakeholders for property verification and other legal matters.

Design, implement, and maintain efficient legal processes and workflows, ensuring accurate management of MIS, legal records, analysis, documentation, and adherence to TAT and quality standards in line with company policies.
