Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales and Collection Manager to oversee our ABF (Auto Business Finance) Sales and Collection activities, specifically for 2 and 3 wheeler segments. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in sales and collections, with at least 3 years of proven team handling experience managing a team of 10 or more.Key Responsibilities :Sales Management :- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market expansion.- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities and market trends.- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and other stakeholders.Collection Management :- Oversee the collection process to ensure timely and effective recovery of dues.- Develop and enforce collection policies and procedures to minimize delinquency.- Analyze collection data and implement strategies to improve recovery rates.- Handle escalated collection issues and negotiate settlements as required.Team Management :- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of 10+ sales and collection professionals.- Set performance goals and conduct regular performance reviews.- Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment.Reporting and Analysis :- Prepare detailed sales and collection reports for management review.- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to inform strategy.- Utilize data analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.What we need :- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and collections within the automotive finance industry, Asset Base Funding ( Two Wheeler/Three - Wheeler/Car/Tractor/Agri implements/Tractors ).- At least 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing a team of 10 or more.- Education : Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
