Area HCP ManagerYour role:- Create a Team of Medical Communication Executives for the city -4-5 Medical Communication Executives / Area Manager
- Train, develop, Guide MCE's wrt meetting HCP's and scientific dissemination of Philips Avent products
- Create and execute workshops for training MCE's to establish expertise in Scentific education of Mother/Baby care
- Create an infrastructure and MSL structure to cover 100 HCP's per MCE and establish relationship with top hospitals stakeholders
- Drive Recommendation from HCP's for Philips Avent products - tracking by IQperVIA
- Drive and ensure availability+Reco of Philips Avent across Gynnae, Paedias and Lactation consultations
- Establish deep working relationship with top Hospital chains in Gynae and Paedie
- Establish deep relationship with top 30 KOL's in Gynae and Padeia in the city
- Participate and engage in multiple conferences to push visibility of Philips Avent with HCP's and top hospitals
- Drive Sales in Hospital pharmacies for Philips Avent products
- Execute Scientific dissemination via programs like CME's and neonatal classesYou're the right fit if:Dynamic, Agile, Philips First Culture fit 8+ years of experience, ideally 6-7 years of Med Rep and 2-3 years of ASMStrong communication skills as he/she will be the face of Philips reputation with doctorsExperience in managing Gynae and Paedia in last few years of work assignment.How we work together

Onsite roles require full-time presence in the companys facilities.
