• Handling Existing Customer and Daily Inquiry of Sales
• Daily visit to customers - Retail Stores of Gujarat and Maharashtra and other states
• Taking order from retail stores over call and WhatsApp
• Visiting retail stores for order on daily basis
• Visiting distributors for order
• Reaching the targets and goals set for your area
• Expansion of Market / Business Development.
• Brand / Category Presentation to Distributors and Retailers.
• Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole
• Developing sales strategies and setting targets
• Compiling and analyzing sales figures
• Collecting customer feedback and market research
• Reporting to senior managers
• Keeping up to date with products and competitors
• Visual Merchandising.
• Monitoring on Primary, Secondary Sales as well as Tertiary Sales.
• Competitors Activity Report to HO.
• Daily updates from Distributors Team.
• Motivating Distributors Team to achieve Target.
• Achieving Sales Budget of the dedicated area.
• Should be open to travel:
• Introduce the various forms of company support
• Provide a clear picture of how the company expects the distributors and retailers to be servicing the market and interacting with the company regularly
• Collect the payment from the Distributor or Retailer.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• kids appareal: 4 years (Required)
• Field sales: 5 years (Required)
• baby fashion: 4 years (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 75% (Preferred)
