Job Description
Lead the team from front by visiting critical and high value customers for resolution and collections. To strategize and implement plans to achieve GOAL for the region. Liasoning with external vendors including Legal for driving productivity.Roles & Responsibilities :\xc3\x98 Visit critical cases for resolution and collection.\xc3\x98 Lead the team from front by visiting critical and high value customers.\xc3\x98 To strategize and implement plans to achieve GOAL for the region/state\xc3\x98 To ensure Team adheres to policy and regulatory framework.\xc3\x98 To liaison with external vendors including Legal for driving productivity and efficiency.\xc3\x98 To provide timely feedback/updates for concerns which can have an impact on the organization financially or regulatory.Requirement:\xc3\x98 Minimum 8 year experience in Collections and atleast 2 years in a similar role\xc3\x98 Knowledge of Secured and Unsecured business is a must.\xc3\x98 Legal knowledge will be an added advantage.\xc3\x98 Should possess Human, Analytical and Conceptual skills.\xc3\x98 Should be a good communicator.Eligibility: Any Graduate
