JD \xe2\x80\x93 Area Collection Manager\xe2\x80\x94Field Collections / Senior Manager/DGM - Field Collection : Location : Delhi / NOIDA Team size : Field Collection -- 50 to 75 Key Responsibilities : Managing a team of Field collection officers in various Pin codes of Delhi & NCR. Delivering the payment collection targets for the clients \xe2\x80\x93 Banks and financial institutions Scope of work is both early and late stage collections for the complete range of unsecured loans products like Credit Cards, PL , Consumer durable loans and secured loans like Home loans and Automotive loans. Ensuring and upholding ethical collection practices and code of conduct guidelines as mandated by the regulator Building a stable and high performing disciplined field collection team in various PIN codes of Delhi & NCR . Timely reporting and analysis. Design and execution of the monthly incentive scheme for the field collection officers. Overall productivity and profitability of the field collection organization in the state. Skills Required: Good communication and Negotiation skills. Knowledge of local language. Team leadership qualities. Ability to lead, motivate and inspire the team. Team building : Ability to attract talent and retain. Numeric proficiency and basic excel proficiency Organized, meticulous and Process oriented. Energy and Enthusiasm Target driven & Dependability Job Type: Full-time Salary: 35,000.00 - 60,000.00 per month Schedule:

• Day shift
• Weekend availability
