:Role/Job Title: Area CAD ManagerFunction/ Department: Business Banking OperationsJob Purpose:This position is responsible for managing assigned location for CAD Operations. Candidate is required to liase with all internal units including Operations, Risk and Business team & External Vendors to understand the requirements and collate information from all ends for reporting to Regulators or any other internal stakeholder for Business / other organizational decisions.to effectively manage the Location for loan disbursal & post disbursement activities. The position requires very good analytical skills and understanding to the process as well as system for correct and timely catering the requirements.Roles & Responsibilities:
- Thorough Knowledge of WC limits - Fund Based & Non-Fund Based & Disbursement processes.
- Managing the team & liasoning with stakeholders (Internal & External).
- Very good analytical and data interpretation skills for preparation of data & System learning.
- High proficiency on MS Office applications, especially MS Office.
- Good communication skills both written and verbal for presenting data to stakeholders.
- Training location team both departmental & Internal Stakeholders.
- Handling team of experienced professionals from the industry.
- Managing all reportings and tracking of Hub Operations activities
