Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the FMCG industry. Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory or product category.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans and promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and demand generation.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and ensure compliance with company policies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and fulfillment of customer orders.
Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
