Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team in the FMCG industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the FMCG market landscape. Responsibilities:
  • Achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for assigned territory or product category.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand market share and drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retailers to maximize sales opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for product differentiation.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans and promotional campaigns to drive product awareness and demand generation.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to secure profitable deals and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and fulfillment of customer orders.
  • Track sales performance metrics, analyze data, and generate regular reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market insights.
  • Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor strategies to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • years of proven sales experience in the FMCG industry, with a successful track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong knowledge of FMCG market dynamics, consumer behavior, and competitor landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Valid driver\'s license and willingness to travel as required.
  • Previous experience in [specific area if applicable, e.g., food & beverage, personal care, household products] is a plus.
