Key Responsibilities:
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the Area Sales Manager.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors in the assigned territory.
• Conduct regular market visits to assess product availability and visibility.
• Implement promotional activities and merchandising strategies to enhance brand presence.
• Gather market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer feedback, to inform sales strategies.
• Prepare and submit daily and weekly sales reports to the Area Sales Manager.
• Coordinate with his team.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns and promotions effectively.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address any issues or concerns from retailers.
