Responsibilities:

Oversee the efficient operations of multiple service centers, ensuring exceptional customer support.
Manage a high performing team of service professionals.
Drive process improvements & operational excellence.
Foster strong customer relationships.
Handle escalations and ensure timely resolutions
Coordinate with sales teams and partners for seamless service delivery.
Monitor daily activities and drive operational efficiency
Implement company policies and ensure compliance across all centers.
