Ensure a delightful customer service experience by developing a strong rapport with the Student & Parents.
Addressing the concerns of Students & Parents by offering a quick resolution.
Collaborate and consult with parents, teachers, branch head and any other stakeholders to ensure a favorable learning environment for the student.
Ensure collection of outstanding fee from parents within the specified time.
Ensure retention of Students and controlling Left-outs.
Collaborate with ACAD and Non ACAD teams, to manage all class announcements, notice board maintenance & Parent Teacher Meeting Coordination.
Ensure adherence to internal process and compliances.
To be successful in this role you are required to have:
Ability to handle students and parents in an empathic & patient manner.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and writing emails, & comfortable while working on software related to services.
Fluency in English and Regional Language communication.
