: Junior Archivist

Duties and responsibilities:

The Nature Morte archive is seeking a Junior Archivist for documentation and upkeep of data of art works in the gallery inventory.

Candidates will be expected to create and update documentation for art works, utilizing a keen eye for detail.

Additional duties will include offering documentation support for exhibitions, fairs and adjacent projects.

This is a collaborative role within the Archive Department and will involve local travel to gallery storages in Delhi/NCR.

Requirements:

? BA/MA in the fields of History of Art, Museology, Conservation of Art/Heritage or BFA/MFA or a Diploma in Conservation of Art/Heritage

? An interest in collection management and archiving of contemporary Indian art

? Sincere individual with drive and tential to work efficiently and accurately according to instruction with anability to collaborate and work with a team

? A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills

? Conscientious attitude with the ability to handle precious objects with care

? Good time management skills with a proven ability to meet dead lines
