Responsibilities :- Prospect and generate leads through various channels including cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry events.- Conduct thorough research to understand client needs, preferences, and market trends in the facade and windows industry.- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, contractors, developers, and other key stakeholders.- Present product features, advantages, and benefits to potential clients through effective sales presentations and demonstrations.- Prepare and deliver customized proposals and quotations based on client requirements and budget constraints.- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets and revenue objectives.- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and installation of products, addressing any client concerns or issues throughout the sales process.- Stay updated on industry developments, competitor activities, and market trends to identify new opportunities for business growth.- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts.- Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales performance, pipeline progress, and market insights.Qualifications :- Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the facade and windows manufacturing industry.- Strong understanding of construction processes, architectural design principles, and building materials.- Possess excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with qualities like honesty and integrity.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.- Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales targets and exceeding customer expectations.- Adaptability and resilience to overcome challenges and drive continuous improvement.
