WE ARE HIRING Designation :- Architectural draftsman Location :- Nashik Maharashtra Salary :- 15,000 To 25,000 Per Month Education :- Diploma / Degree in architectural or related field Experience :-
- Total Experience : 3 Years as a draftsman
- Minimum Experience : 1 -2 Years of Prior experience in architectural drafting or a related field preferred.
- Create detailed architectural drawings and plans based on sketches, specifications, and design briefs provided by architects or designers.
- Utilize computer-aided design (CAD) software to produce accurate and precise technical drawings.
- Collaborate closely with architects and other team members to ensure designs meet project requirements and adhere to relevant building codes and regulations.
- Prepare construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Assist in the coordination and communication of design changes and revisions.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project files and documentation.
- Conduct site visits and surveys as needed to gather information for drafting purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and building codes to enhance drafting skills and knowledge.
- Proficiency in CAD software, such as AutoCAD or Revit.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting technical drawings.
- Knowledge of architectural terminology, standards, and construction techniques.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
