We Requires ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN for a Architect studio at Andheri Salary : 15-20%+ (Depends on Exp & Skills) Designation : ARCHITECTURAL DRAFTSMAN Exp : 4-8Yrs Work Location : Andheri KEY SKILLS: * Responsible for building Auto CAD drawings based on information provided by customers and engineers. * Strong background in both Commercial and Residential projects. * Skilled in developing elevations, floor plans, and reflected ceiling plans * Prepare and plot Architectural design drawings (on requirement prepare Interior drawings) * In-depth knowledge & drawing skills with RCP layouts * Prepare coordinated MEP Services drawings * Prepare coordinated Structural drawings. * Prepare Staircase, Doors, and Window Detailing * Preparing tender, construction, as-built & shop drawings for Architectural design drawings (on requirement prepare Interior drawings) - Visiting job sites to compile measurements as necessary.
