Architectural Draftsman/woman
Job Description
Architectural draftsmen create detailed drawings for buildings and other construction projects using computer-aided design (CAD) software and technical drafting tools. They work closely with architects and engineers to ensure that drawings meet building codes and regulations, and that designs are accurate.
Lead the creation of detailed architectural drawings and plans for diverse projects, ensuring precision and adherence to industry standards.
> Collaborate with architects, designers, and engineers to interpret project requirements and provide expert technical input.
> Experienced in OBPAS system of sanctioning.
> Maintain organized project records, including revisions and design changes, and oversee document management.
> Provide support in preparing cost estimates, project schedules, and material lists, offering valuable insights from your experience.
> Facilitate effective communication between contractors and construction teams to resolve design-related issues during construction.
