2. Requirements

2.1 Key Skills

? Proficient in AutoCAD, Rhino, Sketchup, Photoshop and similar softwares.

? Design drawings and working drawings.

? Understanding of construction technologies & good understanding of construction detailing.

? Innovative approach to design, outstanding visualization & presentation skills and ability to create designs in 3D.

? Ability to work well under pressure and disciplined working attitude.

? Analytical mind and problem-solving skills.

? Excellent written and oral English communication skills.

? Receptive to direction and guidance from Team Lead, strong ability to work amicably in a team environment and decent work ethics.

2.2 Responsibilities and Duties

? Produce accurate and detailed architectural drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other relevant software.

? Creating detailed drawings, specifications, working drawings and BoQ for architectural projects.

? Develop 2D and 3D visualizations using tools like Google SketchUp and Photoshop to support design concepts and presentations.

? Work closely with architects and designers to understand project requirements and ensure that drawings align with the overall design vision.

? Regularly review and update drawings to incorporate feedback and changes from the design team.

? Organize and maintain project files, drawings and related documentation to ensure easy accessibility and version control.

? Assist in the preparation of design presentations and materials for client meetings.

? Ensure all drawings and plans adhere to company standards and industry best practices.

2.3 Skills and Qualifications

? Candidates from reputed institutions preferred

? Practical experience minimum 2 years. 2.4 Preferred Qualifications Diploma in Architectural Assistantship
