Position: Draftsman

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the design team to create architectural drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Assist in the development and refinement of design concepts.
• Prepare construction documents, including detailed drawings.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Lumion/Enscape.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

Pay: ?14,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
