We are seeking an experienced Architects, Architectural Draftsman who is proficient in translating architectural designs into detailed construction drawings. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of architectural principles, proficiency in Revit/CAD software, and excellent attention to detail. JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s/ College Degree in Architecture or equivalent.
- At least one (1) year working experience model and drawing production using Revit
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other architectural drafting software.
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction methods.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and to meet deadlines
- Able to work independently, multi-task, solve problems and collaborate with colleagues
- Required knowledge of the process of design, development, and design documentation
- Quality-driven, accurate and efficient, and works well with minimum supervision
- Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Flexible schedule
