Architectural Designer / 3d Rendering
Job Description
We are looking to hire a full-time Architectural designer / 3D Rendering expert with +5 years of experience with commercial and residential projects. We are looking for a team player that is efficient and can multitask to prioritize projects and deliver drawings within the expected timeline. Duties and Responsibilities: - Develop construction details that comply with the overall design. -Prepare complete the concise design and construction drawings including checking and coordinating details and dimensions. -Ongoing review and checking of the documents for accuracy and completeness. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Professional degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture, a related field or equivalent experience. -4 to 5 years architectural experience, except for those recently graduated from a professional degree program - Working knowledge of construction techniques and related coordinating details and dimensions. Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Pay: 925,000.00 - 950,000.00 per month Benefits:
