: Architectural Draughtsman (AutoCAD)

Job Summary: We are currently seeking an experienced Architectural Draughtsman with a strong proficiency in AutoCAD to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of experience in architectural drafting and a deep understanding of architectural design principles. The primary responsibility of the Architectural Draughtsman will be to assist in the development of architectural drawings and documentation for various projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed architectural drawings and documentation under the guidance of senior architects.
• Collaborate with architects and other team members to ensure accuracy and completeness of drawings.
• Prepare drawings for all stages of design, including concept, schematic, design development, and construction documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and vendors to incorporate their input into drawings.
• Maintain organized project files and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field.
• 2-3 years of experience working as an architectural draughtsman, preferably in a design firm.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and other 2D drawing software.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
