Junior Architect We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Junior Architect to join our team specializing in architectural planning and designing for various projects including commercial, residential, farmhouses, raw houses, weekend villas, industrial buildings, and open plotting. As a Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers to contribute to the design process from conceptualization to execution. Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior architects to develop architectural designs and concepts that meet client requirements and project objectives.
- Assist in creating preliminary sketches, renderings, and 3D models for client presentations and project proposals.
- Conduct site visits and surveys to gather relevant information for project planning and design development.
- Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or other relevant software.
- Assist in the preparation of construction documents, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details.
- Coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Participate in design reviews, client meetings, and project coordination meetings to communicate design intent and address feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architectural design and construction.
- Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 0-5 years of experience in architectural design and planning, preferably in a similar role. Fresher can apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, Adobe Creative Suite, and other relevant design software.
- Strong design sensibility and creativity, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
- Knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction practices.
