Job Title: Architect and Urban Planner - Resort Development & Tourism Projects

Location: Angul, Odisha

Key Responsibilities:

Drawing Review & Site Coordination

Study and interpret architectural, interior, landscaping, and MEP drawings provided by consultants.

Prepare, update, and implement on-site drawing modifications as required.

Ensure on-site work aligns with approved drawings and project timelines.

Consultant & Vendor Coordination

Facilitate communication with the main architect, consultants, and vendors for seamless project execution.

Oversee material procurement, ensuring quality and project specifications are met.

Creative Proposals & Concept Development

Develop innovative concepts and proposals, presenting ideas to enhance project uniqueness.

Contribute to branding and marketing strategies for tourism development within the project.

Documentation & Reporting

Draft detailed reports, documentation, and professional correspondence as required.

Prepare high-quality presentations to communicate design concepts, proposals, and project updates.

Tourism Development Initiatives

Work on tourism-focused proposals, such as tourism circuit development, hotspot identification, and activity prioritization.

Engage in branding, marketing, and linkages to establish the project as a prime tourism destination.

Managerial & Coordination Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with the Director, handling specific tasks and managerial duties as assigned.

Take an active role in coordinating across teams to ensure smooth project progression.

Skills & Qualifications:

Technical Proficiency: Autocad, Photoshop, Word, Excel, PowerPoint (GIS is a plus).

Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written skills in both English and Hindi.

Creativity & Presentation: Ability to think creatively and develop compelling, visually appealing presentations.

Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong reporting, documentation, and follow-up capabilities.

Professionalism: Presentable and capable of maintaining a professional demeanor in all engagements.

Travel Readiness: Willing to travel for site inspections and vendor coordination as required.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
