Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architect with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience to join our innovative architectural team at AZ Concepts. As an Architect, you will play a crucial role in leading design projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing your expertise to create exceptional architectural solutions.

Responsibilities -

• Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements, objectives, and constraints.
• Prepare and present design proposals, including drawings, renderings, and presentations.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure successful project execution.
• Supervise and mentor junior architects and designers, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
• Ensure adherence to local building codes, regulations, and zoning requirements.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
• Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable design practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience as a practicing Architect.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual and design skills, with a keen eye for aesthetics and functionality.
• In-depth knowledge of architectural principles, construction methods, and materials.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and manage projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality outcomes.
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
