Position: Architect
Qualification:
• M.Arch. with 0-1 year experience (OR)
• B.Arch. with 1-3 years experience
Responsibilities:
• Meeting clients to determine their needs.
• Managing design projects from concept to completion.
• Developing and presenting project proposals.
• Adjusting designs based on client feedback.
• Preparing drawings, blueprints, and construction documents.
• Conducting research and feasibility studies.
• Adhering to safety standards and regulations.
• Managing budgets, timelines, and project teams.
Requirements:
• Strong technical drawing and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sketchup, and AutoCAD.
