Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, project management, and leadership. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and development of various projects, mentoring junior architects, and ensuring that all projects meet the highest standards of quality and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Leadership: Lead the design and development of architectural projects from concept to completion.
• Design Development: Create innovative and functional design solutions that meet client requirements and project goals.
• Technical Expertise: Ensure that all architectural designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Project Management: Oversee project schedules, budgets, and resources to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Client Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other architects, engineers, and stakeholders to coordinate project efforts and ensure cohesive designs.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects and interns, fostering their professional growth and development.
• Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure quality control, and address any issues that arise during construction.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
• Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in architectural design and project management, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
• Licensure: Licensed Architect (RA) is required.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building systems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Attributes:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
