Our young and passionate team specializes in residential interiors, modular kitchens, commercial interiors, and cafe interiors, with over 200 completed projects across Tamil Nadu and Kerala.

As an Architect at Aarco Designers, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the design and execution of our projects. You will work closely with clients, interior designers, and project managers to create unique and functional spaces that align with our clients' visions and the high standards of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Development: Create architectural designs and detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and cafe interiors that reflect the client's needs and preferences.
• Client Interaction: Meet with clients to understand their requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback into the final designs.
• Project Coordination: Collaborate with the interior design team, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects from concept to completion.
• Site Visits: Conduct regular site visits to monitor the progress of projects, ensuring that work is executed according to design specifications and quality standards.
• Technical Documentation: Prepare and review technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
• Material Selection: Assist in selecting materials, finishes, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.
• In-House Coordination: Work closely with our in-house interior woodworking facility to develop custom solutions for various design elements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in interior design projects.
• Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and 3D modeling tools.
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction techniques.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
