. is the Associate Director for Supplier Advertising Engineering is the Director of Product leading Supplier AdvertisingWhat You'll Do:

• Partner with your business stakeholders to provide them with transparency, data, and resources to make informed decisions
• Be a technical leader within and across the teams you work with.
• Drive high impact architectural decisions and hands-on development, including inception, design, execution, and delivery following good design and coding practices.
• Obsessively focus on production readiness for the team including testing, monitoring, deployment, documentation and proactive troubleshooting.
• Identify risks and gaps in technical approaches and propose solutions to meet team and project goals.
• Create proposals and action plans to garner support across the organization.
• Influence and contribute to the team's strategy and roadmap.
• Tenacity for learning - curious, and constantly pushing the boundary of what is possible.

We Are a Match Because You Have:

• 12+ years experience in Software Engineering with designing and building large scale platforms.
• Possess extensive experience in full stack development, with a primary emphasis on backend technologies. They should also have the capability to contribute to frontend development when necessary.
• Have hands-on experience in the e-commerce advertising domain. They should be familiar with the unique challenges and requirements of building and optimizing advertising solutions in an e-commerce environment, including ad targeting, campaign management, performance tracking, and integrating with various advertising platforms.
• Experience leading/supervising and/or mentoring engineers, leading code reviews, and establishing best engineering practices.
• Passion for leading cross functional projects through collaboration and influencing design decisions.
• Deep understanding of modern programming languages such as Java,
• Have experience in JavaScript and its libraries, especially React.
• Ability to develop creative solutions with customer experience and scalability on top of mind.
• Experience developing microservices in highly available and large scale distributed systems.
• Experience deploying solutions into production within GCP, AWS, Azure or similar cloud platforms
• Experience in developing and deploying services/applications in Kubernetes (K8s)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders alike
