Overview:

This Role is responsible to work on SAP S/4 project/Sustain in the area of Record to Report.
• Should have clear understanding of Business process and provide alternate solutions for process optimization.
• Collaborate closely with Global Process Owners, Process Leads, Business Users and identify areas of process improvement.

- Hands-on with different stages of Project - Build, Test, Cutover and in Sustain.
• Will be responsible for gathering Business requirement, Configuration, updating FSD and compliance with Project Ways of Working.
• This Role is responsible for compliance of Agile methodology and participate in Sprint planning, Retrospectives and other key ceremonies.




Responsibilities:
Technical Skills - • Should have good knowledge of SAP S4 Record to Report including different sub value stream AR, GL, AP, Material Ledger.
• Should have good understanding of Business process and integration with other Value stream.
• Should be hands-on with Configuration, writing FSD.
• Adapt Method and tools for Project compliance including SNOW, Azure DevOps, SolMan.


- Collaborate across boundaries - Cross VS, AppDev.• Act as owner and ability to drive project.

Non-Technical skills - • Act as owner and ability to drive project.
• Good Communication skill and manage Stakeholders
• Ready to work in different Geographical area and Time zones.
• Should embrace skill for continuous learning and adapting new tools for process improvement.
• Adaptability and flexibility to manage Project timelines and schedule.


Qualifications:
Experience - • Should have 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Candidate with Professional qualification in Finance will be preferred.
• Should have experience with every phase of SAP Project deployment and Rollouts.
• Candidates with exposure to Global project environment will be preferred.
