Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architectural design, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams. As an Architect, you will be responsible for designing and planning innovative, functional, and sustainable buildings and spaces, while managing projects from conception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Planning:

• Develop detailed architectural drawings, models, and specifications using AutoCAD, Revit, or other design software.
• Incorporate sustainable design practices and energy-efficient solutions into building plans.

2. Technical Skills:

• Prepare technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings using advanced architectural software.
• Conduct site analysis and surveys to assess the feasibility of designs.
• Monitor construction progress to ensure designs are being implemented accurately.

3. Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.

4. Experience:

• Min 3 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proven experience in designing residential, commercial, or institutional buildings.
• Knowledge of building codes, construction methods, and sustainability practices.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
