Job Description
Should be a qualified Architect with min 3 to 4 experience (Construction & Real Estate) Candidate must have knowledge of Working drawing, FAR Calculation, Project designing, Google sketch up, Photoshop, animation. Must have architecture knowledge of Commercial Project & Housing Project. Making a final presentation for marketing depth. Submission drawing as per competent authority by laws. Sketching and drafting initial design plans. Preparing and finalizing design plans Designing of High- rise residential buildings, planning master layout. Conceptual presentation, statutory and construction drawings. Should be able to handle projects from designing to completion. Schematic Design of Master planning, Consideration of design input from Marketing Dept. and implementation of it in design Finalisation of plans. Sound knowledge of SRA, redevelopment & DCR. Knowledge of municipal proposal drawings. He / She should be coordinate with consultants & site engineers. Coordination with coordinating Architect, coordination with all Consultants MEP, Structural consultants, design architects Coordination with site team and issue resolved within time frame.
