Role Overview:

We are looking for a talented and motivated Junior Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for an individual with a solid foundation in architectural design and a strong desire to grow professionally by contributing to projects from concept through to completion. You will work closely with senior architects and consultants across various stages of design and construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the development of architectural designs from concept to detailed construction drawings. Participate in project meetings and ensure design objectives align with client requirements. Create high-quality 3D models and renderings to communicate design intent. Support the preparation of planning and building permission documentation. Collaborate with senior architects in resolving design and site-related challenges. Stay updated with industry trends, new materials, and technologies to bring innovation
into designs. comparative analysis.

Review and ensure architectural designs are functional, cost-effective, and feasible. Coordinate with consultants across disciplines to ensure design integration. Prepare in-house design options, area statements, construction drawings, and Maintain organized records of drawings and documentation (both digital and physical). Conduct material research and liaise with vendors to evaluate the best material options. Liaise with industry professionals for design validation and integration. Make regular site visits for inspection and implementation of design intent. Contribute to feasibility reports and assist with the preparation of client presentations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

Architecture (B.Arch.)

with a strong academic record.

2 to 7 years of experience

in

architectural design

, preferably in commercial projects or within a builder/developer firm. Proficient in design and drafting software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant tools. Thorough understanding of design principles, building codes, and planning regulations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to problem- solving.
