Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced architect with a minimum of three years of professional experience to join our dynamic team. As an integral member of our architecture department, you will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of a wide range of projects, from concept through construction.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand project requirements, goals, and constraints.

Develop conceptual designs, schematic drawings, and design presentations that effectively communicate design intent.

Produce detailed architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documents using industry-standard software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and other project team members to integrate structural, mechanical, and other systems into the overall design.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.

Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with design specifications, building codes, and quality standards.

Provide leadership and mentorship to junior staff members and interns.

Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in architecture and design.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's ,Master's or Diploma degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 2-4 years of experience working in an architectural firm or related field.

Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.

Strong design sensibility, technical skills, and attention to detail.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible design practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
