About the Job,

This position is for the candidates having thorough knowledge of architectural standards. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge of conceptual design, building planning and detailing, construction documentation and administration. We are seeking someone who has the passion of an artist and an array of strong technical skills.

Responsibilities

Proficiency in AutoCAD & Revit. Knowledge of SketchUp, Photoshop, Lumion is an asset.

Detailed understanding of building envelope design.

• Expertise in creating thorough, high - quality sets of drawings understanding and excellent graphic skills to prepare proposal presentations & documents.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of team.
• Excellent Communication (both verbal &written).
• Ability to manage timelines with continued proficiency.

Qualification ,

Bachelor's degree in architecture, Bachelor's Degree in Interior Designing.

• 1+ years of experience in architecture.
• Strong organizational, creative and presentation skills.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel and any 3d software

. For fresher's company offers 12000 - 15000 per month , and for experienced persons it adds on as per their skills. More over for bachelors company provide sharing accommodation, meal and travelling allowance for official works as well.
