Architect
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop conceptual designs based on client needs and project requirements.
• Create detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications using CAD software.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, including design development, construction documentation, and construction administration.
• Collaborate with clients, contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and building codes to incorporate innovative solutions into designs.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
• Professional licensure as an Architect.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design and project management.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
• Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Creative and detail-oriented with a strong problem-solving ability.

Pay: ?10,266.13 - ?45,160.95 per month
