JOB TITLE:- ARCHITECT

: We are seeking a creative and skilled Architect to lead all aspects of architectural work, from initial planning to overseeing construction. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their ability to design functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing structures.

Responsibilities:

• Control projects from start to finish to ensure high quality, innovative, and functional design.
• Take the "brief" from principal architect and put together reports and design proposals.
• Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections.
• Compile project specifications and ensure compliance with building codes, guidelines, and regulations.
• Collaborate with other associate professionals, including engineers and contractors.

Requirements:

• Proven working experience as an Architect for minimum 1 year.
• Freshers with strong knowledge of AUTOCAD, building construction drawings may also apply.
• Expert knowledge of building products, construction details, and relevant rules, regulations, and quality standards.
• Excellent drawing skills and familiarity with other design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, ).
• Excellent knowledge in MS Office- MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?12,000.00 per month
