We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Architect to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity for fresh graduates and early-career architects to gain hands-on experience in designing and managing projects across various stages. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sensibility, excellent technical skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs, plans, and renderings based on client specifications and project requirements.
• Support senior architects in preparing detailed drawings and presentations for client meetings and approvals.
• Collaborate with clients and project stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements.
• Participate in site visits to observe construction progress and learn about project execution on-site.
• Conduct research on building materials, architectural trends, and sustainable design techniques.
• Work on 3D models and digital renderings to visually communicate design concepts.
• Ensure that designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
• Good understanding of basic architectural principles and an eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of sustainable design and construction practices is a plus.
