Job Description
Educational Qualification B Arch (+1 years of Experience) Skills: Good working knowledge of AutoCAD, 3D, Sketchup and Revit. Roles and Responsibilities 1) To make concept design presentations of projects. 2) Make Architectural & interior working drawings including floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, Sections, Elevations, blow-up Details etc. 3) Coordinate the drawings with Other consultants like Structure and MEP. 4) Coordinate with the contractors, material suppliers and vendors. Desired Candidate Profile 1)Should be very well versed with software like Autocad, Photoshop, Sketch up, MS Office, Lumion/V-Ray. 2) Should be creative, with good Aesthetic sense. 3) Should have basic knowledge structures, MEP etc. 4)Should have experience in handling Architectural and Interior projects, in designing, making working drawings, and getting them executed. 5) Should be a qualified Architect , from a reputed institution. 6) Should have excellent verbal communication skills. 7) Should be comfortable in doing communication in English language. 8) Should be hard working, and having a pleasant personality. 9) Preferred to be residing in or around Noida.
